It's the weekend and I haven't got much to do on this gloomy winter's day... perfect opportunity for a colorful DIY project!
As part of an early "spring cleaning," I raided my closet for something new to cut, sew, hem, whatever. Low and behold I find these white jeans that I've worn just once or twice. Perfect!
Since I don't own many clothes with wild prints or cool textures right now, I decided to just make my own! To do-it-yourself, you will need:
- White jeans - 8+ Nail polish colors (ones you don't mind using more than usual of)
Begin by speckling the bottom of the pants on one side, making the dots more spaced out as you get towards the pant knee. If you want to splatter the polish, be sure not to do this on your hardwood floors like me :)
When you're done, allow five 5 minutes of cooling before you flip the pants over to do the back. Repeat.
When you're happy with the legs, pick 6 colors for the back pockets. Repeat.
Let your creation rest for a few minutes while you pick a cute top to wear with it. Get your outfit ready and head out the door in your new fun pants!
